"The first night we arrived we didn't have WiFi, there was some issue with connection. Also air-conditioned was no strong enough, room was still hot overnight.. However staff was pleasant and helpful with helping us to get around without internet i.e calling taxis"

"It was an amazing stay! The location was perfect, it was my first international solo trip and I had no problems at all! The staff was so friendly and helpful, called me a taxi when I needed and there to answer my questions. The cafe on the lobby level had some delicious food! I recommend the Motu bagel. I would go back just for that. I would definitely recommend and will be back soon!"

"Wonderful, but large place. We stayed in the end bungalow over the water so it was a bit of a walk to the resort. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Reservations for dinner are definitely required at the restaurant. The Sunday Buffet was excellent, but pricey. Overall, it is a great place to stay."

"Stayed for one night. Was in the perfect area we didn't have to get any taxis we walked everywhere. Only needed taxi to airport. Ferry is a 5 min walk at most. Only thing is it did smell in the hotel floors hallways but not in our room. French outlets only No water in room only water stations and ice stations Laundry is available to do and you need to pay. I will say walls are thin can hear everything"

Front desk was very helpful, we needed a later checkout and they took great care of us. I left something behind 2 weeks prior to this stay and they had it in lost and found.
