Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The property was well maintained and the staff was always helpful and polite. I would say that the water park is geared more towards younger kids, but a 13 year old may enjoy the larger water slides. The activities scheduled throughout the day are more for younger children, and all the kids seemed to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. Last statement, which may be odd, but their elevators were the smoothest I ever been on. My wife doesn’t like elevators and prefers to take stairs, but we stayed on the 7th floor. Didn’t even feel like it moved much 😂"

"we loved how we were able to pretty much do it we wanted didn’t have staff bothering us. The kids played in the water and the breakfast was fine. Everything is clean and well maintained we weren’t bothering once by facility stuff. We have four kids that can be pretty rowdy at times, but everyone seem to be pretty chill letting the kids play very family-friendly and lots of kids there, but also there seemed to not be attending people swimming all the time. I thought it was super cool that the pool is open till 2 AM."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Room was always clean when we’d come back, and the pools were always clean. Breakfast was good as well! If I ever go back I’ll definitely book this hotel!"

"Super great value & very family friendly! Staff warm & welcoming. Overall property needs a good deep clean but rooms were clean & although you can see the age of the building, it’s kept up well. Soaking tub was amazing!"
The Inn On The River

"We loved the free coffee all day and the popcorn and drinks in the evening hours. The river was a great bonus, with lots of chairs/rocking chairs to sit and enjoy it and the wildlife. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the room didn't get vacuumed very well. It also had a slightly musty smell, which might be due to the moisture from the river. We probably will return though!"
