Close to Strip #1 This unique Condo-Cabin is fully renovated with high-end finishes and brand-new appliances located just minutes from the Pigeon Forge main strip. These cabins were designed to feel like a cozy luxe hotel. Each unit is perfect for families and friends traveling together that want the privacy and aesthetic of a beautiful boutique hotel. The property could be rented individually as 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units or collectively as a six bedroom/six bathroom triplex. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1\. Can I rent multiple units for a larger party? Yes, please inquire with the property manager to rent one, two or all three units. An adult must be present in each unit. 2\. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave and is fully stocked with normal kitchen items plus a crock-pot, rice cooker, roasting pan, waffle maker, toaster, blender, a Keurig and a French Press, Tea Kettle, various size pots & pans, meat thermometer, turkey baster, mixing bowls, glass pie pan, baking sheets, and a rolling pin. 3\. Do you provide any baby items? - We provide a pack-n-play in one of the bedroom closets, a high chair, and children's serving utensils. 4\. Are pets allowed? - Yes, up to two dogs are allowed. We have dog bowls provided. 5\. Do you provide a grill? - Yes. There is a gas grill outside. 6\. What linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and hot tub towels. 7\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? - Yes. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay. 8\. Is there a fireplace? - Yes. There is an electric fireplace in the living room. 9\. Is there a fire pit? Yes, we have a wood burning fire pit in the back yard. 10\. What time is check-in and check-out? Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 10am. We provide contactless check in and checkout. 11\. Where is the nearest airport? The nearest airport to the triplex is McGhee Tyson airport in Knoxville. 12\. How many parking spaces are there? The parking area in front of the unit can accommodate 2 cars. 13\. Do you decorate for the holidays? Yes. We decorate for Christmas after Thanksgiving until January. 14\. Do you provide toiletries? We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide these after the starter quantities run out. \*\*\* In case of a power outage, does the Villa have a backup energy source (generator)? It looks exactly as it does in the photos. Super clean, lots of amenities, comfortable beds. Suggestion to owners: let guests know how to find the cable. It’s automatically on Samsung tv and we had a hard time figuring out how to get to spectrum so we could watch football. (On remote choose source then select unknown). I wanted to stay in a place with high end finishes and luxuries, and it almost ticked every box. I’m giving it four stars for cleanliness instead of 5 because I did find some hair on the floor of the master bathroom when I was unpacking, but overall it was beautiful. It is tricky to find a well done rental in this area. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with all the tools one might need to cook a meal, and we loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. I would have preferred some simple cooking staples to have been stocked, like basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and condiments) but we were able to make due. My biggest complaint was the lack of extra bedding available. There were extra pillows in the closets, but no pillow cases. In the welcome binder of information about the place, it said that bedding for the pull out couch was to be in a cabinet, but there was none. Some sheets for it would have been nice. We all agreed, however, that the extra blankets we found in each room were quite luxurious. I would have liked an option for filtered water, but there wasn’t a water dispenser on the fridge, so next time I may just bring a pitcher. I really loved the keyless entry and the hot tub. We did wish that there were two more lounge chairs outside, but it was a great little patio. The location of the unit is near many of the local attractions including Dollywood, which was convenient.
