The fireplace lends warmth through the fall and winter and the mantle above the stacked stone holds a 65” tv for streaming your favorites. We only used the upstairs, but the downstairs is set up very nicely for two familes to share this cabin. We needed an early check in and we were able to arrange that very easily. The cabin is very close to The Island in the Pigeon Forge area which was perfect for us. The cabin had two living areas and a fun game area for the kids downstairs. We were looking for a quick getaway to Pigeon Forge with our son and wanted a cabin in the mountains that was close to everything but far enough we were away from the crowds. This cabin exceeded our expectations and is a place we highly recommend. The check-in process was smooth and the cabin was amazing. It was extremely clean, well-stocked, and the location was amazing. We were close to the Parkway to do all of the activities and yet far enough away to have the desired secluded feeling we were looking for. The drive to the cabin was easy and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely come back! ##### Stephen R. The bedrooms are large and the game room was a big hit. The living area, especially the kitchen is tight with no where to keep groceries except on top of the stove. The location is in close proximity to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and a grocery store, however, it is in a subdivision so if you are looking for privacy, quiet and a mountain feel, I don't recommend it. Everything was just as described. Kathy was so great to work with. I messaged her several times and she was so quick to respond. The washer and dryer had a little trouble keeping up with our laundry but we did have eight people lol the futon downstairs would have been a little tight fitting two people but we brought an air mattress which helped. The pool table and arcade were a huge hit! My family LOVED the hot tub! Would definitely stay again! Great location!!! ##### Amanda S. We had a few items we were not pleased with. Both mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Although the water pressure was great in the downstairs bathtub, the tub didn't drain well. Each TV needs instructions on how to operate them. We never could get the TV downstairs to work at all which was maddening. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and video game table. ##### MIKE S. I simply cannot say enough about how lovely this cabin was. Everything was as listed and we really loved the layout. What I would really love to mention is Kathy, our host. After we checked in and went out for the evening we returned to the cabin not really cooling down at all after several hours with the AC on. It had been a pretty sweltering day, so we weren’t terribly concerned, but I did reach out and let Kathy know, just in case there was an issue. She literally responded within 5 minutes and by the next morning she had not only contacted a repair technician, she had dropped off fans in case we needed them. When there did turn out to be a repair need, she, without hesitation offered us another property that was available so that our vacation wouldn’t be negatively impacted. Her kindness, prompt service, and professionalism was such a breath of fresh air! Her properties were both impeccably clean and well cared for. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and she absolutely helped make it a memorable one. We will absolutely be staying with Kathy again! Thank you so much for everything. ##### Jennifer G. Pics make it look much bigger than in reality. No sq ft was given, so couldn’t really tell in listing. It IS close to town and convenient. There were a few things that were sub standard in our opinion. \~ hide-a-bed cover was just yucky and underneath the mattress needs to be cleaned \~ Downstairs bathroom has mold, vent fan doesn’t work and curtain is mildewy \~ curtain in upstairs bath nasty, slimy and mildewy \~ tubs/showers don’t look clean Basic items that would have been helpful \~ bathroom soap (a container in each bathroom, but were basically empty) and no body soap or shampoo \~ hair dryer \~ coffee filters (we brought our own coffee, but no filters to fit pot (which actually hadn’t been cleaned from last use). We bought some and left them for future guests. The two king bedrooms are nice and comfy, however — It would not have been very accommodating for 8 guests (we had 7) had three of ours not been kids willing to sleep anywhere — and we brought one twin blow up of our own. \~ we didn’t use hot (warm) tub much at all, but it was filled to the brim so when anyone got in, water POURED out over the top. Water wasn’t really ‘hot‘. Towels provided for the tub were minimally useful. Great place for one or two couples and one or two kids. Basically it’s one king bed and one spare small bed on each of 2 floors. ##### Dianna A.
