The master bedroom has a king size bed with a spa tub, double sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The two bedrooms are on either side of the condo across the living space, giving you and your family or friends plenty of privacy from each other. 1queen air mattresses available for additional guests. New clothes washer and dryer in kitchen! This gorgeous Condo is minutes from Dollywood, the LeConte Center, The Island, attractions, and restaurants. You are also only 15 minutes or less from Gatlinburg.. The unit is serviced by a glass front elevator so there are no steps required to reach the unit. There is ample parking onsite. The Building features parklike grounds by the Pigeon River, with a fenced and gated pool. This condo offers the best of both worlds - a calm and spacious oasis in the midst of the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pool is open from spring to the fall. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning and refresh. We had an issue with the bedding not appearing clean and the host did refund us the cleaning fee which was appreciated, not much more that could be done. Food and stores are close by, including a Walgreens/Kroger so you can get anything you may need or forgot at home. The jet tub in the condo is great, walk-in shower was wonderful too. The condo was in great condition, TVs nice, bedding soft, the king bed was fantasticly comfortable. I have back issues and very much enjoyed the bed. The geese out back by the river can get loud, but there isn't much anyone can do about that. The river view from the balcony is very relaxing. We attended an event at LeConte Center and were very happy with the proximity to the venue. Smaller of two bedrooms and bath were fine and clean. Master bath shower curtain liner was moldy and shower curtain and bed linens were outdated and threadbare.
