Located in a new growing community, this home offers the feel of a mountain retreat while being centrally located—just minutes from the Parkway, Dollywood & Great Smoky Mountain attractions. No scary, steep, or winding roads—just a short, easy drive into town. Enjoy 2 covered decks, a modern kitchen, and vintage-to-modern functional decor ideal for families or groups. The space \- Private Hot Tub \- Sleeps 12 (No sofa beds or bunks! Just beds) \- 1.5 miles from the Parkway \- 2.5 miles from the LeConte Center (8min drive) \- 3 miles from the Ripken Experience (10min drive) \- 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg (20min drive) \- High Speed Internet \- Washer and Dryer \- Parking for 2 cars \- No smoking/vaping Guest access You’ll receive a personalized key code for the front door a few days before check-in. Parking is available for up to two (2) cars in the driveway to the left of the cabin. Other things to note IDENTITY / RENTAL AGREEMENT / SECURITY DEPOSIT: In order to book this cabin, your identity on the VRBO booking platform must be verified (phone number, email, payment information and driver's license). You will be asked to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking else reservation will be cancelled. Signing the rental agreement and paying the security deposit is required to get the door access code. If the rental agreement is not signed and/or security deposit not paid for, door access code will NOT be provided and reservation will be cancelled. CONSTRUCTION: The resort is still being completed, and there may be construction activity nearby during daytime hours as the community nears completion. You may hear or see work happening in the area. PARKING: The cabin can only accommodate 2 vehicles for parking in the designated driveway. There is no overflow parking in the resort community at this time. ENTRY: Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm ET. Check out is at 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur. INTERNET/CABLE: Up to 500Mbps high speed wireless internet. Smart TVs throughout. Provide your own login for Netflix or other streaming services. BEDS: There are 3 bedrooms and 1 loft area. \- First bedroom on the main level has a queen sized bed which sleep two (2) adults. \- Second bedroom on the upstairs level has a queen sized bed which sleeps two (2) adults. \- Third bedroom on the downstairs level has 2 queen sized beds which sleep a total of four (4) adults. \- The Loft on the upstairs level has a queen sized bed and 2 twin size beds which sleep a total of four (4) adults. KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and coffee machine. LAUNDRY: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. We provide a STARTER SUPPLY of laundry detergent pods, but guests will need to purchase or bring additional detergent based on the length of their stay. AMENITIES: Our cleaning service provides a STARTER SUPPLY of essentials, including: one roll of paper towels, one dish soap, four dishwasher pods, toilet paper, hand soap, bathroom/kitchen can liners, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. YOU MAY NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES depending on the length of your stay. Please note that toiletries such as toothpaste and floss are not provided. TRASH: Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the side of the front porch by the designated parking spots. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups. HOT TUB: Private Hot Tub Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. The home was beautiful and very clean. Location was fantastic, you are close to everything and yet at the cabin feel like you are in a small community out in the woods. We did hear some construction noise during weekday working hours but nothing bothersome or distracting. The host did an excellent job of using the space well to allow so many to stay in one place but not feel on top of one another. Only small complaint would be to add more furniture, maybe to the movie room to allow large families to enjoy that space together. The kitchen was well equipped; had everything we needed to enjoy our mornings in the cabin before setting out to explore the town. The host was very kind and checked in on us to see if we needed anything and to confirm the cabin was to our liking. It was nice to know that they were so approachable in the event we did need anything. All in all, this was a beautiful cabin in a great location, we would stay here again with a larger group, we had six adults, and will recommend to others! ##### Jessica B.
