Traveled for a weeklong baseball tournament. 4 adults, 4 kids aged 3-13. Plenty of space in the house, pool was a short walk and overall alpine village is an excellent location that is convenient to everything but feels like a cabin in the woods. Mountain views were limited, but the porches were spacious and a great spot to relax. Enough parking for a van and pickup, could squeeze a 3rd vehicle if needed. House was clean, had all the basics for food prep and cooking, i would definitely stay here again.
The property was super easy to find! Had things for the kids to do so they didnt get bored!! Owners were super communicative and friendly!! And the cabin is sitting right next to lots of activities so the drive wasnt bad at all to get to dollywood and other attractions!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cabin. And will definitely be staying at this one again in the future!!
This cabin was probably my most favorite cabin I have ever rented in the smokes. It accommodated our family perfectly. Lots of room downstairs for kids to sleep and play. We had a great time. We will definitely be renting this one again.
This property was very good for large groups. We had a total of 10 family members staying together. We really enjoyed the large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on every floor. The bunk room was perfect for our 5 teenagers and young adults. All ages enjoyed the game room. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and family room was great when we all gathered together for meals and game play. Location was great for our planned activities. The cabin community was very well maintained and was quiet and peaceful. Our family had a great week and will remember our trip for years to come.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Cabins wayvto close
Not enough parking..dead birds on porch hairs in drawers..beds wore down but rest not bad
The check-in process was very smooth and seamless. Everything except the keurig were in working order. It was obvious that the house was a rental as several items appear to be getting weathered, such as the kitchen cabinets and living room furniture. The location was great, and the overall experience was good. My only real complaint was all the solicitation prior to arrival about adding extra days, etc. I’ve stayed in the Pigeon Forge area dozens of times, and I never remember being solicited as much as I was with this reservation. That was a real turnoff. Otherwise no complaints.
We were initially told that if the room was ready we could check in as early as 1pm or 3pm. We had a show to get to at 4:30 and was hoping to check in a little earlier, even if there was a fee. At the end we were able to check in 10 minutes before 4pm. The inside was in a little disrepair. Keurig did not work. Cabinet doors drawers were loose. Bathrooms were in the bedrooms with no privacy doors. A little odd. Everything was very clean. There was bar soap but no shampoo. The cabin community was very nice and convenient to the main strip.
Overall, we were pleased with the cabin stay. We knew going in that the bathrooms were connected to the rooms, but we thought there would have been a little more privacy than there was. The hot tub only worked after we took 45 minutes to fill it by hand with water and then by the next morning it was drained again. We had called somebody to come out and fix it but they did not.
