About this property
Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Game Room & Pool
Summary:
There's a moment on the covered porch, rocking chair creaking gently, hot tub steam curling into the mountain air, when someone in your group will stop mid-sentence and just say "we should come back every year." That's this cabin. No steep, white-knuckle mountain roads to get here — just an easy, flat pull-in, a private hot tub bubbling under the stars, and a game room loud with laughter until someone finally calls it a night.
This isn't a cabin you visit — it's one you disappear into. Sleeping up to 10 across three bedrooms plus a living room sofa bed, it's built for the whole crew: grandparents, parents, kids, the cousin who always brings a plus-one. The primary suite is a true retreat, a king bed with its own ensuite bathroom so someone always has privacy at the end of a long day. Two more comfortable queen bedrooms round things out — one with a desk that quietly doubles as a workspace if someone needs to sneak in an email, the other with a twin-over-twin bunk that kids claim as their own the second they walk in.
Downstairs (or up, depending on where the mood takes you), the game room is the heartbeat of the house — air hockey, foosball, a genuine arcade cabinet with Ms. Pac-Man, board games stacked for rainy afternoons, and a set of Lincoln Logs for the littlest guests. There's a loft bar with seating for three, perfect for the adult who wants to referee the foosball championship with a drink in hand. When it's time to eat together, the dining table seats 6, with overflow seating at the bar — because in a house this size, meals are where the day's stories get told.
Outside, the private hot tub is yours alone, no sharing, no waiting — just sink in after a day on the Parkway and let your shoulders drop. When the season allows (Memorial Day through Labor Day), the community pool with its shaded pergola cabana adds a whole second rhythm to the trip — mornings at the pool, afternoons exploring, evenings back on the porch. A gas grill is ready whenever you want to trade restaurant lines for burgers on your own porch instead.
Inside, the kitchen is stocked to actually cook in — a full 17-item setup so nobody's running to the store for a can opener or a coffee maker. Central air and heat keep every season comfortable, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and do laundry halfway through a longer stay instead of hauling home a suitcase of dirty clothes. Fast WiFi reaches every corner of the house, so the group chat can post photos in real time and the one person who has to work can actually get things done. On quiet evenings, you might even catch the distant whistle of the Dollywood train drifting up from the valley — a small, unexpected detail guests mention again and again.
Multigenerational family reunions: With a king ensuite for grandparents, two more bedrooms for parents and kids, and a sofa bed for the stragglers, this layout was practically built for the family trip where three generations all want their own space but one place to gather.
Groups with young kids: Baby safety gates, a Pack 'n Play, a bunk room, and Lincoln Logs in the game room mean you're not fighting the house to keep it kid-safe — it already is.
Friend groups chasing an activity-packed weekend: Hot tub, game room, and seasonal pool in one property means nobody has to vote on "what do we do tonight" — it's already here.
Remote workers tacking on a few extra days: The desk in the second bedroom and reliable WiFi throughout mean you can knock out a morning of calls before the mountains take over the afternoon.
Dog owners road-tripping with the family pet: This is a pet-friendly cabin, so the four-legged member of the family doesn't have to sit this trip out.
The Space:
The primary bedroom sits right off the main level — king bed, its own flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, two more bedrooms cover the rest of the group: a queen with a dedicated work desk and TV, and a second queen room with a twin-over-twin bunk for the kids. A second full bathroom serves the lower level, and a plush sofa bed in the living room adds a spot for a couple more.
Head downstairs and the game room takes over — an arcade table with Mrs. Pac-Man, a full air hockey table, and a shelf of board games for when the WiFi loses. It's the room everyone remembers, especially on the one rainy afternoon every Smoky Mountain trip gets.
Outside, the back deck is where the trip actually slows down: a private hot tub, rocking chairs, and just enough tree cover to hear birds instead of road noise. Fire up the charcoal grill, or walk to the community pool (open Memorial Day–Labor Day) when the group wants to spread out.
Practical extras: in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace with free WiFi, a Pack 'n Play and high chair for the littlest guests, and central air for the Tennessee summer humidity. Every bed has fresh linens and extra pillows, and both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Multigenerational families: the primary suite gives grandparents their own quiet space, while the downstairs bedrooms and bunk room keep the kids close but not underfoot.
Dollywood trip planners: at 6 minutes away with no steep roads, you can head back mid-afternoon for pool time instead of losing the day to traffic.
Families with young kids: the Pack 'n Play, high chair, and baby gates are already here, and the game room turns a rainy day into the best day of the trip.
Dog owners: this is a genuinely pet-friendly cabin — bring the dog along.
Groups of friends: three bedrooms, a sofa bed, air hockey, and Mrs. Pac-Man work as well for a girls' trip as a family reunion.
Guest Access:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, with self check-in so you're never waiting around for someone to hand you a key — punch in your code and the whole cabin, hot tub, game room, and all, is yours from the moment you walk through the door. Guests have full access to every listed space inside the home, plus the private hot tub and covered porch. Access to the community pool follows the seasonal schedule (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Starting November 1st, all confirmed bookings will require a valid photo ID and a signed rental agreement, completed through our property management software before arrival — a quick step that helps us keep the community safe for everyone staying here.
Free on-site parking is available directly at the cabin — no permits, no shuttle, no hunting for a spot down the street. Because access is flat with no steep mountain grade to navigate, pulling in with a loaded car, a stroller, or an RV in tow is easy rather than nerve-wracking.
The Neighborhood:
You're tucked into the Bear Cove Falls community, just minutes off the Pigeon Forge Parkway — close enough to be in the middle of everything, far enough to feel like your own private mountain hideaway. And unlike a lot of Smoky Mountain cabins, there's no steep, twisting gravel road to get here. It's flat, easy access the whole way, which matters when you're hauling groceries, kids, or a stroller.
From the cabin, you're about 10 minutes from Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country, close enough to catch fireworks from the porch on a clear night. The Island in Pigeon Forge — with its giant Ferris wheel, restaurants, and evening light shows — is roughly 10-15 minutes away. Downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park are about 20-25 minutes down the Parkway, putting hiking trails, the Sugarlands Visitor Center, and the aerial tramway well within an easy day trip. Pigeon Forge's outlet shopping, mini-golf courses, and the go-kart tracks that line the Parkway are all just minutes from your door. Guests consistently tell us the location is the thing they remember most — being close to absolutely everything, without ever having to white-knuckle a mountain road to get home at night.
Getting Around:
This location is hard to beat! 1 Mile from The Parkway and so close to Dollywood that you can hear the Steam Engine Train Whistle! Guests have said, ''The cabin is somehow both extremely close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and very quiet and private. The location is perfect - Dollywood parking is less than 10 minutes away, and you can be in Gatlinburg in 15 minutes.'' No steep roads to Navigate, prime location, price, and quality give this 3/2 cabin advantage over most right now. Cabin is in great condition, turn key and ready to rock!
Other Things to Note:
We ask guests to treat this home the way they'd want their own treated. No smoking anywhere on the property. Dogs are welcome, but please keep our pet policies in mind so the cabin stays in great shape for the next family. Before check-out, please run the dishwasher, take out the trash, and clear up the game room — a $200 fine applies if these steps (or other house rules) aren't followed, so please give yourself a few extra minutes on your last morning. Note that reservations booked outside of Airbnb carry a 6% refund processing fee. We're a family business ourselves, and we want every guest who walks through this door to leave already planning their next trip back.
Interaction with Guests:
You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
