Extra towels and linens were provided. Though we did find trash hidden in some places and stained covers; overall the cabin was amazing! My family enjoyed the arcade game and the pool table.... There were 5 of us family members and we all had a lot of room to move around. The road to get to the cabin was a little sketchy. It is pretty close to downtown Pigeon Forge. The beds were great size but not as comfortable as I would have liked. The setup was great. TV’s were little difficult as well as the directions to cabin. Very steep winding roads and a little confusing. Overall a good trip. ##### Jon M. My only complaint was the hot tub didn’t work the first night there didn’t want to heat up. Called the next day & they help fixed the problem over phone. Also the fireplace didn’t want to put out heat. It was blowing out cold air. Messaged the lady that I talked to about the hot tub, but her response was the pilot light probably needed lit, but I told her it was an electric one & she never responded back. ##### Tressa K. Could not sit on couch without smelling it. We did contact the rental place to ask if we could leave rug outside but it waa glued to the floor. Evidently someone was sent over while we were at dollywood. When we came back the back door had been left open not just unlocked but it was open. Thank goodness we decided not to bring our furbabies because they would have been gone. We did call about this and was told they would ck into it. Never heard back. We still had a great time in the mountains but disappointed with the smell. ##### Charlotte a. It is close to the main street going through Pigeon Forge, but yet off the beaten path enough where it's quiet. There are several other cabins around you and the roads are steep, but you get used to driving on them quickly. We thought the cabin had 3 bedrooms, but that was our error. There is a futon and the couch pulls out in addition to 2 large master bedrooms. The hot tub was nice- it tripped the breaker once, but we were able to switch it back on our own. The flushing mechanism was broken on the toilet in one bathroom when we arrived. I called the service number and talked to someone that said they would get in touch with maintenance, but they never came to fix it. We just had to flush by taking the top lid off...not terrible, but I thought it was strange they didn't come to fix it. The kids liked the gaming system upstairs when we were at the cabin. They also enjoyed the pool, which was just a short drive away. Bring extra trash bags, laundry soap, and dish soap. They do provide some samples. Bring coffee filters if you plan to make coffee- regular coffee maker, no Keurig. Overall, it was a great stay- nice if you have up to 8 people like we did. Definitely recommend! ##### Stacia S. We called the number available. It was around 7 or 8pm. The call service lady was unable to help us unless it was an emergency She was unable to tell us where the breaker box was at the home. We were unable to use the hot tub on our first evening there because of this. I woke up early the next morning so that I could call the number right at 8am, in case a repairman needed to visit, I didn’t want them visiting while we were gone. Luckily the 8am woman was able to tell me where the breaker box was and get the hot tub up and running from the phone call in about 10 minutes. Thankfully it was the hot tub breaker that was tripped and not part of the house because it took 12 hours to receive help. It also took a long time for the refrigerator to cool and the hills in the neighborhood are very steep and parking limited. Both tub plugs didn’t work. Hot tub was very clean, house as described, fun Atari game system and pool table. I wish I would have remembered a Tide pod so I could use the washing machine. ##### Rebecca V.
