This newly built cabin has breathtaking exterior and interior wood carvings that will leave you speechless. A massive carved tree filled with bears and birds will be a memory you will never forget. The carved tree even has a bee’s nest with flying bees suspended in air. And wait until you see the carved fireplace mantle. The carvings alone are worth the stay. Relax and unwind in the private hot tub on the deck or sit by the fire pit and enjoy the small creek behind the cabin. Enjoy air hockey, the 60 Game Ms. Pacman Arcade, and access to the (seasonal) resort swimming pool! This 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom cabin offers all you need for your vacation in The Great Smokey Mountains! Three spacious bedrooms feature king beds, full attached baths, and jetted in-room tubs. The fourth bedroom is the kids bunk house with 4 beds, TV, and kids tabletop arcade game. The main level living area has a sofa bed, love seat, and a 50” TV. The dining area seats 8 with 4 counter stools to accommodate more. You will find the gas grill on the main deck for when you want to enjoy a good steak. Super simple, easy to drive and safe road to get to the cabin! 12\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 13\. Is this cabin secluded? – This cabin is in the Blackberry Ridge Resort. Like most homes in the resort, it has neighbors. 14\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide a 125+ channel cable package that includes channels such as ESPN, HGTV, History, Nick, and Disney. 15\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi. 16\. When will I get the address and access information to the Cabin? - We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 17\. Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs? We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaners need the time in between bookings to get the cabin thoroughly cleaned. 18\. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. 19\. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - Most problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Handicap-friendly We had 5 adults and 8 children in our church group. We came to visit Dollywood Splash Country. We pretty much got to the cabin long enough to unpack and sleep and woke up and left before check out time. The kids did enjoy some play time on the air hockey table and arcade console. There was plenty of space for everyone! We had a girl in a wheelchair and this property was easy for us to handle her up the three steps on the porch. This cabin was VERY CLEAN! We would definitely stay here again! The location of the cabin was very convenient, however the area didn't appear particularly well kept. Grass needed mowing. Saw poison ivy growing in some of the cabins' landscape. Noticed there had been a walking trail at some point but it was no longer there. Our cabin was a good size, but the living room was a little small. Floors were on the dirty side. Had to communicate with the owner several times and he was prompt to reply and took care of everything we asked him to which was very minor. We’ve stayed in many cabins in TN and this was one of the best. There’s normal wear and tear on the furniture and air hockey table. Neither Pac-Man machines work, but wasn’t a big deal to us. Things happen. The beds were comfy. The people beside us kept pulling down so far we could barely park our cars and get up the steps to our door so maybe some marked parking would be helpful in the community as a whole. The kitchen was nice. Nice big table with comfy chairs to seat everyone. I would stay at this property again. Even though it doesn’t have a view, it is close to everything and it’s convenient. Loved the fire pit and toasting marshmallows. The tubs in each king room was nice as well. ##### Heather H. The three levels made it possible for everyone to have their own spaces! Very nice open kitchen with plenty of space to move around. Bathroom on every level. Laundry on the lower level. Not a huge washer but more than adequate! The only caution I would offer is the steps. The last 3 steps curve around making them different widths. I did wipe out twice! This was due to me being in a hurry and not paying attention! This in no way would affect our renting this property again. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We spent time in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville so our location was perfect. Grocery store, gas station, and restaurants all nearby!The only thing that was needed...but we did survive...hand mixer, a couple of full size cookie/baking sheet pans. Also, we had a 10 cup Bunn coffee carafe on a 12 cup Mr. Coffee brewer. After a couple pots of overflowed coffee we figured out the problem! These are small issues and again would not hinder us from renting this house!So much to do in the area!!! We hiked, played a crazy amount of miniature golf (Highly recommend Hillbilly Golf in Gatlinburg), White water rafting, shopping, incredible dining out options, Dollywood just to name a few things.
