Pool table wasnt perfectly level but still good enough to play and build memories. Hot tub was amazing with enough views but still private enough. The only real issue was parking. A large truck can barely fit around some of the bends if another large vehicle was already parked. ##### William M. The railings on the top floor are very wobbly so if have little ones be cautious. The floors upstairs is very dirty.
