The Nest was very well appointed with everything we needed. Mandy went above and beyond providing necessities to get us started. She was a fantastic host, checking in with us throughout our stay. The community was fantastic as we had several friends staying in Sherwood forrest, but our location was perfect, not too far up the mountain so it was easy to get in and out, but far enough on the 2nd street that we felt secluded. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.While the views weren’t as breathtaking as we’d hoped, the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. The setting still felt tucked away and private, and our son loved going to the pool and having his own space in the loft.It’s a great spot for families looking to unwind and reconnect. It was close and convenient to nearby attractions. While in a neighborhood with cabins nearby, it felt secluded with the trees between the cabins. The cabin was cozy, clean and the beds were very comfortable! The back porch with hot tub was a favorite evening spot. Mandy was a responsive and gracious host! This cabin is a new listing, but don’t let that stop you from booking it. We were thrilled with everything about it. The pictures do not lie, it is just gorgeous. Everything is new and so tastefully decorated. The cabins in this area are close together, but you feel completely secluded. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and it was always quiet and peaceful. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is perfect. We were able to do things in both towns and be back to the cabin in minutes. The master bedroom is great for sleeping, it was dark, cool and the bed was excellent. We had a wonderful stay here. Kitchen fully furnished with all new appliances. We didn’t cook anything-only used the Keurig(thanks for furnishing the coffee pods)- but looked like everything we could need was there if we did. We always travel with our pillows but yours were perfect and king bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t use the upstairs but it looked very comfortable, too. I liked the way everything was decorated, very fresh,clean and open. We would love to stay again when there is only the 2 of us. Only one suggestion, not a big deal, but a mirror in the bedroom would be helpful so we could both get ready at the same time 😊. I give this place 5 stars! ##### Susan M. The owners have paid attention to the details that make you feel like you’re well taken care of, cozy throws for watching tv in front of the fireplace, a Keurig for an instant coffee fix, beautiful tree, Smart TVs with access to your streaming services, etc. The owner was responsive to our questions and easy to work with. ##### Marianne J.
