Blue Bear Lodge, Pigeon Forge is a beautiful two-bedroom cabin located in Bear Cove Falls Resort. This Smoky Mountain getaway is just 3 miles from the Dollywood parking lot and 1 mile off the Parkway. It is close to all the major Pigeon Forge attractions.

Blue Bear Lodge sleeps eight guests with one king bed, queen over queen bunk bed, twin and trundle bed (in game room) and two bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on lower level.

The full kitchen allows guests to prepare and enjoy meals together. The refrigerator DOES NOT provide ice or water. Ice cube trays are provided. A complimentary starter pack pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Nearby stores offer everything you need for an extended escape.

The spacious living room has ample seating and a 55-inch flat screen ROKU TV. The lower level game room will provide hours of entertainment with air hockey and foosball tables and arcade (unlimited free-play). Guests can relax on the outdoor deck by rocking in a chair or taking a dip in the hot tub. The community pool is nearby. Access is easy via paved city roads and is 1 mile off the Parkway.

In order to rent this property:

Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME. (Example: IF it is your VRBO account, you cannot use your mother-in-law's credit card.)

Within 24 hrs of booking, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL.

CLEANING CREW is thorough and conscientious, and head of housekeeping is only a text away if you have an issue during your stay. They are available 9a-9p to address any errors or omissions.

- This property is in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is wildlife here! Some of it may be dangerous. Be aware that native wildlife includes bears, snakes, racoons, skunks as well as insects that may bite or sting. We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside. This is a risk you agree to by booking.

No smoking, marijuana, or drugs allowed; $300 fine for violations
Strictly no pets allowed (except bona-fide service animals; inquire before booking)
No events, parties, or gatherings; max 8 people on the property
Fires only allowed in provided BBQ grill

- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8. Please note that infants and children do count towards the maximum occupancy.

***A cleaning deposit of $100 will be placed on guest credit card. Unfortunately, some past guests have left the property a mess. Standard cleaning does not include doing dishes, collecting trash from floors and party cleanup. This deposit will be returned to your card if check out steps are followed according to rental agreement. Your card will only be charged if cleaners provide photos of mess and bill us extra.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording video and audio 24/7, but do not view interior spaces.
