Specifically booked this hotel over another because this one offered laundry but only after I put in my clothes with soap and the machine took my money was then told it wasn’t working. Other then that it was an okay hotel for the price if your looking for cheap but not trashy this is a good hotel

Weekend getaway
Family weekend trip to Dollywood. Hotel was just a 12 min. drive to Dollywood. Room was clean; mattress was comfortable (pillows were small and rather flat). Room did not have a built-in heating system, but roll-away plug-in heater provided which was sufficient. Coffee in room provided. Breakfast not provided due to Covid-19. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

Had a water leak coming up through the floor in Room 110. Told manager on duty and he wasn't interested in seeing until I had to bring him to the room to show. Wouldn't discount the room because it wasn't booked directly through SureStay and wasn't even offered another room. Did get a discounted rate for an additional day.

The gal at check in was friendly, just sadly the place is very run down. The floor was dirty and sticky, high mildew smell to the room especially the bathroom. AC and bathroom fans were very noisy so sleep was disrupted. I’m surprised Best Western put their name on this. There are lots of places in that town to stay so keep looking.

the floor of our room appeared as though it had not been mopped in quite a while, hence the floor was dirty. we found a "substance" stuck to the surface of the sink that we scraped, it also appeared as though it had been there for some time.,, would suggest a serious cleaning of the room.

Older motel remodeled. Check in easy, friendly staff. Room appeared to be clean, floors do Not have carpets which is a big plus. Beds seemed old and had a dip but comfortable otherwise. Floors do not have carpet which is a big plus. Room appeared clean until I went to the bathroom. Toilet was clean but not the tub they had nobody to clean it so asked for towel with cleaner to do it myself. When I took a shower I,found the shower curtain corner full of mildew, wonder when it was washed last, asked for a clean one and my son changed it. Overall not bad but expensive for what I got. Front deskk nice, they gave me what I needed as far as towels as I did not get room service due to us having a dog. Located in front of Titanic Museum, Hatfield,and Mc Coys, dining withing walking distance. Fyi-some people are living there temporarily but very nice country folks.

COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER BEST WESTERN
I was very surprised when I opened the door on my room. It was extremely small!! There was a bed side table and a desk with one drawer, but no dresser. We stayed for 5 nights living out of our suitcase. Very inconvienient!! Usually, the mini fridge in hotel rooms have a small freezer. Not this one. It was only a fridge so we were limited on our meal choices. On the positive side, it was a clean room and appears to be somewhat renovated. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The hotel is far enough off the parkway that traffic noise was not a problem, however, noise from other guests were. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, just not what I was expecting. I guess I expected more from a hotel with the Best Western name. I'm not sure that I would stay here again based solely upon the cramped feeling of the room.

My friend and I booked this hotel for a hiking trip in the Smokey’s. We loved that it was pet friendly and the reviews seemed decent. Honestly I would not ever stay here again. And as someone who travels often for hiking and won’t spend a lot of money at hotels that’s saying a lot. The fan in the bathroom was almost falling off, we were paranoid it would every time we went to the bathroom. The sheets on my friends bed had old blood stains on them. You get hardly any towels and the ones you do get have stains and holes in them. We went to Walmart and bought some. It’s pet friendly but no where to take your dog to the bathroom. The owner got on me for using the only small patch that wasn’t concrete and told me to go across the street, which appeared to not even be their property. Not worth the 20 a night you get charge for pets. The A/C worked some days and barely worked others. There was old hair on top of the shower surround, not cleaned very well obviously. I say go somewhere else if you can.

Small rooms, expensive for the size with no pool access, no coffee in common area, no breakfast and has small rooms. BUUUT... It does seem to be ran by a single mother with her children, who seems to ALWAYS be busy. She puts a lot of effort into taking care of everything, her family and the business at the same time

Great place to stay!
Great location in Pigeon Forge. Close to a lot of attractions. Room was in very great condition. It was very clean, and there was daily cleaning service while we were out and about the town. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were rock hard and the walls paper thin. We could hear everything in the room next door and I still have a back ache from the stay. Also the bathrooms were not clean.

The lady at check in was great. Super nice and helpful. The room was small but still looked decent. The bed was super uncomfortable, very hard and had a low spot in the middle. The small "closet" space was missing the hanging rod so we weren't able to hang anything up. The shower faucet was messed up and water pressure wasn't very good. The location was good and just off the busy highway so noise wasn't an issue. But overall, we were not impressed by this hotel.

You get what you pay for I guess
So I kinda expected it to not be the greatest considering the price. So positives were the bed was very comfortable and front desk lady was super nice. Unlike other reviews I’ve read our room was not small. It was actually a pretty good size. Bathroom looked very clean. Negatives.... everything else in the room was pretty gross. It looked like the sink had not been cleaned. There were little hairs around it. The floor hadn’t been swept and the jetted tub was straight up filthy. I really don’t like leaving unpleasant reviews but management really needs to get their hotel cleaned up.
