By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. Checking info that was suppose to open in order to read their checking process, would not show the info. Attempted to tell the contact person this but all they could do was talk down to me only through a texting, as if I was stupid for not seeing the information on their checking website!!!
