The house is located in a strategic position also to visit the main Tuscan cities such as Florence (about 50km), Lucca (about 30km) and the sea of Versilia (about 50km); and still the city of Pistoia with its medieval villages, the city of Collodi famous for the park of Pinocchio and many other destinations to visit and tell. The holiday home is located adjacent to the villa of the owners but for access and stay guests will enter with completely independent entrance. Customers will have complete privacy and the use of an outdoor area of about 80 square meters, equipped with deck chairs and umbrella, with porphyry square and plants that surround the perimeter where guests can relax enjoying a moment of relaxation, sunbathing or under the shadow of the great oak. For those who want to do some sport at 50 m away you can access a dedicated path next to the river to run or just walk in the open air. A few kilometers away is the exclusive site "Montecatini Golf" and for those who like to ride some farms are available for adults and children. Entering the house from the ground floor, in a rustic context, you go up the stairs until you reach the first floor where the entire apartment of new renovation develops. The large and bright room with kitchen welcomes guests as if it were their own home, furnished in contrast with modern style and equipped with all services. Continuing beyond the room you access the two double bedrooms with air conditioning and the spacious bathroom with huge shower. Parking in front of the house in fenced area with possibility to park 2 cars. Main services less than 1km away (Restaurant, bar, grocery, pharmacy and shops).
