Très bel emplacement, le jardin et très soigné et agréable. Toutefois beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à la maison. À noter aussi les différents niveaux à l'intérieur du logement, ce point peut être gênant pour les jeunes familles avec poussettes et les personnes âgées. Les plages sont très accessibles. Les services de proximité sont un avantage, ainsi que des emplacements pour stationner juste devant le logement.

Tout très bien mais il faudrait préciser qu’il y a comme pour toutes les maisons construites sur une colline beaucoup de marches, à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur de la maison.

Superbe villa très bien située, à proximité de la plage à pied,avec vue magnifique sur les sanguinaires et les couchers de soleil,très bien équipée dans un endroit très calme. Mention spéciale à Valérie qui nous a reçu avec enthousiasme, humour et plein de conseils judicieux sur les visites à effectuer dans la région. Nous avons vécu des vacances formidables.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus war wirklich klasse! Die Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Das Haus sauber; gute Raumaufteilung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, mehrere Terrassen, so dass man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Geschlossenes, nicht einsehbares Grundstück. In der Küche war wirklich alles da, was man braucht (und noch viel mehr, alles recht neu und hochwertig). Der Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang waren wirklich der Hammer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls Spitze. Man hört das Meer rauschen und geht zu Fuß weniger hundert Meter zum Strand. Der war übrigens so gut, dass wir keinmal zu einem anderen gefahren sind. Feiner Sand, warmes klares Wasser, Felsen mit Fischen zum Schnorcheln, Surfboard/SUP-Verleih, Strandbar, überhaupt nicht voll. Zum Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essen, Tauchen usw. sind wir nach Porticcio gefahren, was auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist.

La réalité dépasse les photos. Les multiples terrasses nous invitent également à profiter des différents moments de la journée et la vue sur les îles Sanguinaires est tout simplement sublime.

L emplacement de la maison est ideal = pas de bruit, magasins et plages accessibles à pied restaurants et autres villages a proximité en voiture. La maison est parfaitement agencée. Tout ce qui est necessaire pour un parfait sejour s y trouve . On peut sentir le desir de l hote de satisfaire l occupant. Au surplus on peut jouïr de chaque niveau de la maison pour prendre un verre ou profiter du paysage et la vue sur mer est exceptionnelle. Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites. La maison est idéalement située et nous a permis d'alterner entre les différentes plages accessibles à pieds (en 5 minutes) ou en voiture (5 minutes aussi), ainsi que quelques escapades incontournables en Corse, même un peu plus éloignées. Ciel bleu et mer à 28°, que rêver de mieux ? Boulangerie, boucherie, marchand de légumes (et supérette), tout est juste à coté et de qualité ! Nous avons pu admirer le coucher de soleil sur les iles Sanguinaires de la terrasse tous les soirs, profité du jardin et du confort de la maison, parfaitement équipée. L'accueil de Valérie est incroyable, sa bonne humeur et son énergie communicatives. Merci mille fois ! Des activités nautiques sont proposées à quelques minutes en voiture et les restaurants sont de qualité. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances inoubliables !

2 traumhafte Wochen Juni 2023

Wir waren zu zweit zwei Wochen im Juni 2023 in dem Haus. Es war alles perfekt, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2 Duschen, 2 Toiletten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, Küche voll ausgestattet, traumhafter Blick über die Bucht vom Esszimmer und Balkon, ruhige Lage. Bäckerei, Metzgerei, kleiner Supermarkt in Laufnähe, schöner „Hausstrand“ 5-10 Min. zu Fuss, noch schöner plage d‘argent ca. 2,5 km mit dem Auto. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Empfang, Pauline sehr nett. Ausstatung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar das Fernrohr steht auf dem Balkon :). Sonnenuntergang im Meer vom Balkon aus perfekt anzusehen und zu genießen. Garten mit Aussendusche sehr praktisch zwischen Sträuchern. Alles sehr schön, praktisch, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen.

Des vacances idéales

Nous avons passé 15 jours idylliques dans cette maison très agréable. La situation est idéale, la plage est accessible en 5 minutes à pied, d’autres très belles plages sont également facilement accessibles en voiture. Les commerces de qualité sont très proches et permettent de faire les courses à pied. La maison est très confortable, calme, bien équipée, et offre une vue sur la mer extraordinaire, on ne se lasse pas des couchers de soleil tous les soirs sur les Sanguinaires. Le jardin offre un petit havre de paix. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux endroits: en prenant la voiture pour aller voir les montagnes (aiguille de Bavella, vallée de la Gravona, du Prunelli), ou en faisant des excursions en bateau pour visiter la réserve naturelle de Scandola mais aussi Bonifacio (excursion possible au départ de Porticcio à 15 min en voiture). Merci à Monsieur et Madame Ramos pour ces vacances dont nous gardons un souvenir extraordinaire et merci à Pauline pour son accueil, elle gère les arrivées et les départs des vacanciers avec beaucoup de gentillesse en permettant à chacun d’arriver dans les meilleures conditions, en faisant son maximum pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Die Ausstattung im Gesamten war mehr als erwartet z.B. standen Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch zur Verfügung und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr vielseitig. Das abendliche Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang und die ankommenden Schiffe,die man mit dem Teleskop beobachten konnte. Vielfach genutzt der weitläufige angelegte und sehr gepflegte Garten, als auch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Grills. Der nahegelegene Strand eignet sich insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern, da dieser sehr geschützt liegt. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit eine erneute Buchung vornehmen. Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse . La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût . Les différentes vues sur mer sont magnifiques et le jardin luxuriant . Les commerces ( de qualité ) sont juste au dessous de la maison et les plages proches et superbes . Pauline qui nous a accueilli était charmante et disponible, et Monsieur Ramos très «professionnel « ! Vous l’aurez compris , nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Très agréable maison

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison très bien équipée au jardin parfaitement aménagé. La maison sur plusieurs niveaux, le jardin joliment arboré avec deux terrasses permettent à chacun de trouver un espace de calme quand il le souhaite. Le propriétaire met à votre disposition les jouets, parasols et tout le nécessaire pour la plage. Pauline a pris le temps de nous présenter la maison avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !
