The Cottage is placed in an ideal and strategic position, just a few minutes from the wonderful beaches of Versilia and the famous art city of Pietrasanta. Close to the Versilia hospital and the A11 highway exit to easily reach the beautiful cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The Cottage is the ideal choice to experience a typical Tuscan stay, both for singles, couples and families. The Cottage is a cozy small villa of about 55 square meters located in a wonderful private garden fully fenced of 3000 square meters where you can freely walk, play and run in total relax. This beautiful Cottage is the ideal choice for any type of traveler; Pets are also warmly welcome. The living room is very bright and equipped with a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed (with single or double bed option); the large windows with blackout roller blinds have a direct view of the wonderful garden. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and a fridge with freezer. The bedroom is very cozy and bright and it's equipped with a queen-size double bed. Next to the bedroom there is a room with a large double-door wardrobe and a drawer to hold all your personal belongings, suitcases included. You will always have plenty of space available for your maximum comfort. The small bathroom with window offers a cabin with shower, complete sanitary ware, hairdryer and Welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body cream. In addition to towels you will find sheets, blankets, duvets and everything you need to make your stay perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a large private property in a quiet and peaceful rural setting about 3km from the beach. There are lots of great outdoor seating options. Super für Mensch und Hund. Eigene Torzufahrt in der Seitenstraße wo das eigene Auto direkt am Cottage abgestellt werden kann. Die Nebenhäuser auf dem selbigen Grundstück störten keineswegs. An der Einrichtung hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war vorhanden inklusive einer Erstausstattung. Die Klimaanlage kostet 5€/Tag. Der Kontakt zu Laura war problemlos. Sie war stets erreichbar und antwortete auf alle Fragen. Ausflugsziele wie Pisa, Lucca und Florenz sind schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht, auch eine Erstausstattung war vorhanden. Der große Pool war prima zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen geeignet. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt. Es ist ein sehr hübsches Häuschen, dass sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und auch verschiedene Details, wie Sonnenliege, extra Sessel auf der Terrasse und zwei Essplätze auf der Terrasse und einen extra Platz am Grill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hundi hat der Auslauf im dem riesen Garten genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Gegend ist super Zentral, um Ausflüge zu machen. Man ist relativ schnell am Meer und auch schnell in den Bergen, wo man Höhlen besichtigen oder wandern gehen kann. Der Hundestrand im Nachbarort, max 30 min entfernt, ist super schön und die Hunde können nach belieben toben und im Meer schwimmen. Natürlich die Menschen auch.... :) Wir verbringen gerne mal wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Hauslein! ##### Nicole E.
