Surrounded by greenery, the villa features a spacious private garden enclosed on three sides, a private woodland, and an open-air parking area with space for three cars.

Entirely built in stone and recently renovated with great attention to detail, the house is fully independent and preserves all the authentic charm of Tuscan residences. Its welcoming covered patio, furnished with a dining table, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments: al fresco lunches and dinners immersed in nature, breathing fresh air and leaving the city’s hustle and smog behind.

Finally, adjacent to the house, there is a convenient annex that includes a laundry area with a washing machine, and a practical guest bathroom with shower.

Internal Description

Villa Alexandra is spread over 2 floors and can sleep up to 7 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is only available in the living room and kitchen. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: Guests are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully divided into two spaces. An elegant living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a fireplace and tv, sits alongside a large eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with dining table, hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. Both the living room and kitchen open directly onto the outdoor patio through bright French doors, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

Also on the ground floor are 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, 1 twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with bathtub.

First floor: Upstairs, the sleeping area is completed by a bathroom with bathtub. This floor includes: 1 single bedroom with wardrobe, two windows and a practical desk with chair; 1 twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined if needed), wardrobe, and a window facing the sea.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
