Situated at the bottom of the hill of Pietra Ligure, in a residential area, approximately 800 m from the historic centre and approximately 600 m from the sea, in a privileged, very quiet and panoramic area. Completely south-facing and immersed in the green Ligurian countryside, it has a swimming pool with a children's area, a terrace with sun loungers, a garden and a small fenced pine forest. Bar with breakfast area.  
  
Two-room apartment for 4 people, of approximately 35 m2, consisting of a double bedroom and living room with sofa bed. It has a single or double balcony, or garden, equipped with deckchairs, chairs and table.

Located about 800 m from the historic center of Pietra Ligure and about 600 m from the sea and beaches.
