Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. A special thank you to the team for helping arrange our truffle lunch and wine tour, both were wonderful experiences and made our time in Tuscany even more memorable. The breakfast was top notch, the spa was excellent, and the overall level of service was outstanding. Alessandro was excellent, but there were so many wonderful staff members who contributed to making our stay so special."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful and relaxing! The property is perfectly located less than 10 minutes from Montepulciano, featuring a fantastic setup equipped with everything we could possibly need. It easily became one of our favorite places to stay in Tuscany. Elise was an incredibly responsive host who even let us drop off our luggage early, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear. We highly recommend this property—it would also be a spectacular venue for a family reunion!"

"They shine in cleanliness. Provided a small fridge with water in the room and the air condition is good. Make sure you get the information on it and let them know the temperature you would prefer. Breakfast is excellent and the staff most attentive. My only dislike was the fact that the stairs up to the third floor are most convoluted. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, ask for the first floor."

"The hotel is well situated very close to the mini metro where you can also easily take an elevator to the top of the historic centre or walk (lots of stairs); close to main points of interest and places to eat. While The Building is old, certainly my room had upgrades modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, and it was really clean apart from shower dispenser soap. There are no other amenities like shampoo and conditioner. I enjoyed my stay. If you were travelling casually, this is the place for you. I travelled alone and I felt very safe. However, some business travellers may need more amenities like a proper desk, etc.. staff was very hopeful"
