"This was a cute little hotel. All the staff were very personable. We don’t get that treatment a lot of times when we would travel to these bigger hotels for softball tournaments. This was a vacation, but my husband and I received a drink poolside, free of charge. They just brought it out and asked if we would like it! ♥️ They gave my two kids popsicles as well. The rooms were kept very clean. The ladies doing the rooms were super nice and anything you asked they were more than helpful!!! I will definitely recommend and be staying here in the future! Just a short walk from a lot of stores, Pier 60, and the beach."

"I like to stay here because it is cheap and within walking distance of the beach. It has gotten run down through the years. I have stayed there approximately 4 times now. . The elevator is slow and hot. The ice machine on 5th floor doesn't work. The plug ins in the room wouldn't keep my charger plugged in by bed. Pros- cheap, nice, as an older woman staying by myself I felt safe even though it was slightly sketchy. They have you clean towels, coffee in lobby and staff is the best. If you are looking to go to the beach on a budget knowing you won't be in room much this is your spot!"

"We had two rooms with laminate flooring and walk-in shower. Both rooms had central air and were very clean. The check-in desk is on the 5th floor which is rather odd. Check-in service was standard. The breakfast area as well as the pool is on the 5th floor. The pool is relatively small but still enjoyable. We did not opt for breakfast at this hotel so we cannot judge that. They do have high-quality coffee in the lobby 24 hours. The lobby area had severe leaks in the outer glass wall to the pool which caused flooding in the lobby during the heavy rains on our 1st day. Apparently, this has been a known issue for some time where no one appears to know when this will be fixed. Regarding parking; there is no free parking in the area and you have to be careful parking anywhere since incorrect parking will cause towing. This hotel offers valet parking for $38 per night and you are NOT allowed to park yourself. You can try to park overnight at one of the smaller hotels in the vicinity but that still sets you back $20 per night and you will have to pick up your car at the daily checkout time of that hotel. Distance to the beach is manageable, maybe 10 minutes so it is convenient. It can get busy very quickly. It is a beautiful beach where you can stay or walk along the beach path all the way to the city center or to pier 60. There is a market store relatively close by where you can get bread, milk (when available) and other perishable items, all at a premium of course :-)."
