Lovely organic decor in the rooms. Beautiful pool with bar and dj. The route from pool to elevator was not designed well in that you have to walk through the dining room. The parking fee should be included in the room and resort fee price. Overall it’s a wonderful location right in the beach.

I love the experience. The from desk was helpful to upgrade me at a front ocean view room in the moment of my check-in. The bar staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Loved their crab cakes and espresso martinis.

The location itself was right in the heart of Clearwater Beach which made accessing most of the activities very easy. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous from the restaurants , pool area and especially the rooms. The whole experience felt like a 10 star resort🏖️🎉. The beach access was a 1 minute walk across the street to pristine world class beaches. The staff from the parking valets, to the restaurant workers and the front desk staff were all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend staying here you won't regret it one bit. I will definitely be coming back again with the family again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😍

We love the Hiatas! This was our third year in a row! The hotel is so clean, always smells amazing and the staff is so friendly! The location to shopping and restaurants is wonderful, very walkable! They also have beach towels to take to the beach, one less thing to pack!

Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.

Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied.
