"Great hotel, friendly staff and so neat to train station"

"It was extremely convenient and easy to find from Piccadilly. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful (and this was so during the whole stay) and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and an iron were in the room. Breakfast was fine-a good choice but the vegetarian (separately cooked) was a little slow coming but they did apologise profusely so it was not an issue. Overall a great stay."

"The location was great. The person on the desk was very helpful. The room was nice and clean but street facing so noisy. The lift was out of service when we left so we were glad we were on the first floor to walk down with the luggage."

"The property is very well located just minutes walk from.Manchester Picadelly and walkable distance to City Centre and the cathedral. The staff was friendly and accomodated a couple of requests i had. The room was clean and beds confortable. Would definitely stay here again!"
