"I had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. Everything was great. I was quite surprised that they only service the rooms every 3 days however you only need to ask reception and they organise this whenever you want. The hotel is a bit bougie, nicely decorated. The staff are excellent. I liked the security of having to scan your room key to access the lift. I never had to wait once for the lift!"

"Little dusty in some corners of the bedroom but otherwise clean. Room was huge. Stayed in 123 amazing accessible bathroom. Full fitted kitchen was unexpected but perfect if you are staying a while. Friendly staff. Breakfast area small for the volume of people - try to go early. Road works outside the hotel little annoying access wise."

"Single glazing on the street-side rooms is certainly a choice. The building is very shabby, with a superficial refurbishment of the décor. Stairwell was boarded up, and fire exit signage wasn't updated to reflect this, and there's a terrible smell in the elevator and lobby. Otherwise everything was fine and the updated décor is good, if superfluous. Breakfast was pretty basic, I would have liked a bit more than the bare minimum on the cooked breakfast and some marmite for the crumpets."
