"Stayed here for a night before an early flight from Manchester airport. They have a shuttle bus but we just walked it as it was easy to terminal 2 once you knew where you were going. Room was great with 2 double beds and we had a good night's sleep. Bathroom really needed some work, the sink enamel was all gone and looked terrible. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good and available from 5.30am which was brilliant for an early flight. Would stay again. "

"Honestly had the loveliest stay here! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and really spacious - it even had a balcony. Despite the city centre location it was quiet and peaceful, and the room included everything you'd need for a stay such as a kitchen area and all the utensils. The next time I need somewhere to stay I will definitely be picking the Residence Inn again. :)"

"This is a wonderful hotel! The check in was quick, we got free warm cookies and the staff on the front desk were super lovely! The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are extra comfortable! I highly recommend and would defo stay here again!"

"Nice, comfortable stay. If you buy the breakfast in advance it's a bargain. You're allowed one "menu" breakfast (full English/ pancakes/ porridge /scrambled eggs on toast/etc) which is cooked to order plus unlimited from the buffet (cereal, yoghurt, pastries, fruit, toast, ham, cheese, etc) which is a good balance between generosity and waste reduction. Beds were comfy enough. It was very hot the weekend we were there, but a fan was provided and the cold water was able to get very cold which was a relief. Rooms have a kettle but no fridge. Staff were always very helpful and kind. We were able to keep all our bags there all day after checking out for just £5 for the whole lot which I thought was very reasonable. We also turned up at 10pm the day we were supposed to leave needing another night's stay because the trains had all gone wrong. Needless to say we were exhausted and stressed but the staff member on the desk was incredibly helpful. Because of the extra day, we tried both the standard double and the standard twin rooms - both very pleasant. It's also a very reasonable price for the location - just a 10-15 minute walk to Piccadilly station and similar or even less to Sackville Gardens where our event was. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to next year. "
