New Villa for 8 people with spectacular view
- The Villa Klesari has a total area of ââ190m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and an air-conditioned living room with a dining table. There is also a kids bedroom with bunk bed and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three rooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
With a separate entrance, on the ground floor, there is a large tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining table.
The Villa Klesari is new home for 8 people, was built in 2018 and is located in a small village called Klesari, 4 km from PotpiÄan where there are pharmacies, bakeries and shops. The nearest beach is 13 km away, town Pazin is 13km and lovely town Labin is 25 km away. The house has an amazing view over mountain UÄka and the indigenous PiÄan town. In its own garden of 2500m2 there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, a barbecue, a covered terrace, a swing for children and 3 parking spaces.
