Great location, 10 minute Walt to Rialto and 5 minute walk to San Marco’s square. Really nice place to stay. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away.

Great hotel, right in front of a water taxi terminal (which is terrific for Venice and area). Good breakfast, which was given to us at a reduced rate when we checked in. Highly recommend.
