Rapport qualité prix acceptable, belle vue, lits non confortables ,on sent les ressorts des matelas , petit déjeuner décevant dans un café bars sous l'hôtel , brioche, café et petit bouteille de jus ,pas de réception , bruit d'animation au bar jusqu'à minuit et des travaux de rénovation a 7h du matin, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

The hotel is located in a nice position in Piano di Sorrento - very close to the beach and to Villa Fondi park, and 10 minutes drive from downtown Sorrento. The hotel is super clean. The staff is friendly and professional. There is a breathtaking view from the 5th floor, i.e. the floor where you will have breakfast and their restaurant is located (they also have a restaurant). Only remark, the wifi signal was weak - I was on the 1st floor. Nevertheless great value for money

Good budget hotel but old
It was very affordable, but it was a bit old. Our room was next to the maintenance room and the restaurant so the way to the room was a bit busy. Wi-fi really didn't work in our room. There is a great view outside the hotel which was very nice. The room was spacious and the shower was good. The breakfast was pretty basic but the coffee was pretty bad. The menu is very limited to choose from but the prices are very cheap. We chose this hotel to save money so it was a good budget hotel, but you have to take the train to get to Sorrento every day (about 10-15 min walk to the train st) and the train comes about every 30 min so if you miss one you have to wait a while. Even though it's only 2 stops away, walking would take about 50-60min so you really don't have other choices. You save some money on a hotel but you have to spend some time to get to Sorrento where all other tour options are.

Definitely worth a stay!
Beautiful views over the bay of Naples. We stayed on the 7th floor room 60 which have a fantastic view. Some nice local restaurants in the area. Staff very courteous and polite if you needed anything.Bus to Sorrento in ten minutes and handy to the train station as well. Within walking distance of Meta and St. Agnello. Nowhere near commercialised as Sorrento which was a nice touch to be in with the locals!

Outdated Accommodation and terrible food
The Hotel has not been upgrade since inauguration in the 50's. tT is OLD and Dated. The space was Small the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The food was absolutely terrible in the dining room and it was 20 mins. away from Sorrento. IT did not feel like Italy. We had to walk 20-30 minutes so we can enjoy better restaurants and have to fell like we were Italy.

Very good value for the money.
We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The ocean view from the room was the highlight. The staff was very friendly and esp Katya ( I hope I got the name correctly) helped us out in chalking our trips to Capri and Amalfi.

Every time I contacted the hotel, the staff responded and even accommodated us for an extremely late check in, due to our flight being delayed. The view of the coast and location next to the sea is amazing! The local pizza and dessert place 20km to the hotel is open late and is satisfying. The staff was excellent and breakfast was just enough to start our day. The room is basic, a bed and bathroom that fits 4 adults with a tight squeeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel for simple people, who care more about the location and points of interest. Hotel Klein Wein was a great hotel to start our vacation!

Good for school trips
I am not sure I would want to stay here on my own but for a school trip it was perfect. Helpful staff and good sized rooms, some with great views.

Quiet, Great ocean view and terrace from our room
Great to view from our room. Older style hotel but it's very clean and comfortable. The location, Piano di Sorrento, is two train stops away from Sorrento, very easy and we like it better because it's a much smaller town and quieter and much much much less tourists. You get to interact with the locals and food are much cheaper. We'd recommend staying at this hotel.

Great Views
Basic hotel with a balcony and a great view of the sea from the room we were in although not all rooms have this. Hotel needs a little care and attention in places but on the whole comfortable and ideal for a short stay to explore the local area.

Just okay
We requested a no smoking room but the room smelled like someone just finished smoking. Breakfast was decent but coffee from the machine was probably one of the worst tasting coffees we have ever had. For Italy this must be a crime :)

Simple yet efficient hotel, stunning views
Staff were on job, always around to give information. From our room there was a view of the hills and mountains and the breakfast room overlooks the sea. Very basic but brilliant for the price.

Great beach & train station location outside sorre
This was a great beach town three stops from sorrento. Train station was 10 minute walk and it wa easy to catch Day trip busses over to amalfi o positano from there. Very economical prices for train and busses. Want to stay around hotel- beach is a ten minute walk down the switchbacks across the road. One can also choose to pay 50 cents to ride the elevator for those to prefer not tonmake the walk. Great swimming bay and can rent umbrella etc. Wifi as advertised is only in lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Room top terrace is beautiful as is breakfast/dinnner room. I found the Staff- in particular Katia and Monica to really go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Great price for the stay. Air conditioning worked great. Director wS very kid.

Great location!
Easy access to bus and train station for day trips to the coast or downtown Sorrento. Including breakfast which was awesome and the room was spacious and clean. Great little deck for watching the sunset and right on top of the cliff that over looks the water. Would say again!

We booked into 2 rooms and both were very spacious. To our pleasant surprise, both rooms had 180 degrees water views. AbSolutely fantastic. The staff is also very welcoming and we had our breakfasts on our balconies. Hugely enjoyable stay.

Comfortable hotel close to station and beach
My girlfriend and I spent 5 nights at Hotel Klein Wien for our first visit to the area. We were given a friendly welcome on our arrival, and although we arrived in advance of check in, we were able to sit on the balcony on the 5th floor reception and enjoy the stunning view of the bay until our room was ready. We were lucky to be given a large room on the 1st floor which had the capacity to sleep 5 people, so we had plenty of space. The room had a balcony, a spacious bathroom with power shower, and importantly a fridge where we could keep our bottled water. The air conditioning was perfect after a day out in the hot temperatures. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries included. The walk to the closest circumvesuviana station at Piano took us around 10 mins without getting too warm (average temperatures were low to mid 30's when we were there). The beach lift is a couple of mins up the road and saves a long walk back up the road, and the walk for the CurreriViaggi bus for Naples Airport took us around 20 mins.

Struttura non recentissima, ma comunque ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, buona la pulizia degli ambienti. Posizione ottima e vista sul mare eccezionale. Inoltre, oltre al ristorante interno all'hotel, al piano terra c'è una lounge bar con pizzeria, gestito dalla stessa famiglia, dove si può anche mangiare un'ottima pizza e aperitivi.

Enkelt hotell men en fantastisk utsikt!
Ligger fantastiskt fint i Piano de Sorrento, havsutsikt på många av rummen, men fråga efter det när ni bokar. Frukosten sådär, samma varje dag, sköna sängar och helt ok badrum, tyvärr fungera wifi dåligt, utom i receptionen.

ordentliches Hotel, super Blick vom Restaurant
Hotel am Steilufer über dem Yachthafen von Piano, freundlicher Empfang, die Inhaberin Katja spricht sehr gut deutsch, unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage war frisch renoviert, schallisolierte Fenster, so dass der Verkehrslärm der Straße nicht stört, kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick. Restaurant u. Rezeption im 5 Stock, das Hotel wird auch von Studenten/Schülergruppen gebucht, die allerdings separat in den oberen Etagen untergebracht sind und nicht stören, wenn man die renovierten Zimmer in der ersten Etage gebucht hat.
