In the district of Crotti Alti 700 m from the centre of Pianello (Calozzo), 40 km from the centre of Lugano, 47 km from the centre of Como, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: park (fenced), large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 650 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 650 m, railway station "Como" 47 km, pebble beach "Pianello" 800 m, grass beach "Dongo" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 5 km, children's playground 750 m. Nearby attractions: Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello del Lario, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Grona - Rifugio Menaggio, Sasso di Musso- Chiesa Santa Eufemia, Monte Legnoncino.
