It was clean and spacious for the cost. Not a lot going on around there but obviously you'd book it because it's close to the airport. But the beach also isn't far and it's one of the quietest beaches in Phuket. Street stalls are on opposite Street, no worry on eating. Opposite even have a 24 super cheap stores where all the locals shop and buy their daily consumables. The only thing makes it imperfect is no lift which if you have located on 2nd floor or above, your heavy luggage may be need to carried by yourself.
