ROMANTIC AND DESIGN APARTMENT, PATONG BEACH

Luxury apartment completely renovated in 2017, on the 3rd floor, in a Thai style residence with swimming pool, bar and garden. Ideal location in quiet and facing the sea overlooking the bay, yet close to the lively center of Patong. Ideal for family holidays or solo.
Apartment of 100 m2, including a beautiful terrace, living room, dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets including 1 independent. The rooms are equipped with a queen size double bed and the other with 2 x 1 meter beds.
Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided and daily cleaning is included except Sundays.
The apartment has air conditioning, 2 safes, WIFI and TV in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
The residence has a guard 24 / 24h and a parking lot.

Beware other owners

Condo great great location only problem being made uncomfortable by owners of other condos think they own the whole complex sitting on lounger by the pool when an owner dragged a big heavy lounger across and slammed it next to me obviously i was sitting where he usually sits did not spend much time by the pool 8 days out of 2 months bar not opened was only opened when the head of the tennants association ok'd which was a Friday and Saturday evening only when he and his wife fancied a drink with their friends (other owners) so sad as the owners of the condo we rented were lovely soo clean and had everything we needed maybe some people need to be taken down a notch or two

Résidence très belle,propre e bien entretenue.

Nous sommes restés 6 semaine à Kalim Rés. Les fotos et la présentation de l’apparmement sont conforme à l’annonce. L’ chambres e le balcon très bien situé et mobile. Mme. Laurence et son aide Mme. Nuch sont très serviables, et disponibles. On nous a manqué riens. Les tuc-tuc, les magasins,la pharmacie, salon massage sont 1 min. a pied. On doit savoir, che la rue devant la résidence est très fréquentée jour et nuit. En tous cas nous avons passés un très bon séjour et on retourne sûrement . On racomande cette location.

Very good

We stayed at The Residence in July for 8 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a family. It was lovely to sit on the balcony with a view of the pool and the ocean. We spent many hours in the pool and walked or caught a Tuk Tuk into Patong every day. We recommend this place as very affordable and comfortable accommodation for a family. The staff were very friendly too.

Des vacances superbes, reposantes...

Des vacances pour 1 mois (tout le mois d'aout). Eh oui on peut le dire nous sommes des nantis. Ouf peu de pluie malgré le début de la mousson. Location conforme à l'annonce.Un mois de vacances au paradis dans une résidence au calme, propre et bien entretenue. Piscine superbe. Les photos de l'annonce disent tout de l'appartement. Aucun souci rencontré malgré l'absence de contrat de location qui peut échauder si on a peur de tomber sur des personnes malhonnêtes. Ce n'est pas le cas. Laurence le contact est à votre écoute si besoin. Merci à Yannick (le proprio que nous avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer) pour son accueil, les bons restos indiqués et pour la magnifique balade en mer, journée inoubliable. A côté de la résidence des cuisinières thai pour se régaler ou petit resto tenu par un hollandais pour une cuisine plus métropolitaine en cas de blues. A quelques minutes de patong beach en tuk tuk ou scooter. Oh que oui nous y reviendrons dès que possible. 1000 mercis donc pour ces vacances qui nous ont permis de décompresser un maximum. Maman emmenée avec nous, y a fêté ses 76ans sur place. Elle était aux anges (1er voyage en asie). A recommander sans réserve. N+Y+H (Dijon)

Bonne surprise

Mieux que ce que je pensais car j'avais peur de l'ambiance de Patong.Or la route côtière n'induit pas de bruit dans la résidence,la piscine est comme sur la photo,la terrasse est grande et pratique qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse grand soleil , le garçon (je ne me souviens plus de son prénom) qui s'occupe du ménage etc... est très efficace pour les transports. Les "sacs à bière et à filles" n'ont pas l'air de connaitre Kalim beach, en tous cas en février, ni la résidence très familiale . Cerise sur le gateau: pleins de petits stands de nourriture à 600m au bord de la plage de Patong à midi ou à 100m le soir vers le nord.
