Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hotels.com = Gangsters

When we got to the villa it was already people living in it. Hotels.com did not have the right to book it. We paid in advance. Lots of phone call and emails. Hotels.com promised to email me back and refund us. STILL NOTHING.
