"I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It has very courteous staff and all the modern facilities. If travelling with kids , this place has lot to offer. Located near to the attractions with free VinBus shuttle service throughout the day. If I visit Phu Quoc again, this will be my stay."

"We traveled with four kids from ages 8 to 17 and had a blast! Something for everyone and it’s easy to get around the area either by walking on the beach or catching a ride via Vinpearl. Had the most relaxing massage and facial while here too! Would definitely come back."

"You will not experience a better excuisite and adventurous resort: The location, resort facilities, amenities, resort property, room experience, breakfast, and onsite restaurants. And most of all the staff are second to none in my experience. The most pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff I've met. If you're fortunate you'll get your introductory tour led by "Professor" Astrid!"

"Overall, the experience was only nice because of the proximity to the beach and the sunsets. Other than that, it has been such a disappointment. The cleanliness standards are so low - the food was left outside door, multiple staff walk past the door and no one cleared it. Ants were all over the place. The AC was leaking water, wasn't cooling the room despite maintaining it at a constant 18 degrees. The staff were a cherry on top of this, so hostile, rude and incompetent. Brace yourself with a lot of patience before you decide to enter the place."
