We’ve noted, at Kim Hoa we have two types of the mattress for the bedroom, Kim Dan mattress for Standard room there is one of the best brand in Viet Nam, and rings mattress for Superior room and Bungalow room. During your stay please contact us any time for further assistance, we can set up an extra bed sheet or change to a softer bed if there are available. Thank you for taking time to write and share your opinions, thank for choosing Kim Hoa for your stay. We feel sad that you didn’t enjoy much your breakfast during your stay with us. Dear guest The breakfast in our resort we have Asian and Western style. As you see at that time we have much more Asian guests. Less but much, we do not display all food on serving station we keep cooking fresh and refilling all the serving time that why just small portion is presenting on the station. Please accept my sincere apology on behalf of our management team. I am very sorry to learn that your experience with Windy bar server, and chicken curry, we knew their English weakness and the stressful… We’ve passed to Restaurant Manager and the Chef for awareness and focus to retrain or bring someone with more enthusiastic to The Windy bar. Thank for wonderful commend about security and cleaning staff, your gift feedback is energy for us keep learning to be better day by day.
