However when we arrived we were informed the room we booked was not available due to the hotel being full. We specifically booked a balcony so we could see the show at new years eve. We were given a room without a balcony facing away from the show. To add insult to injury we had to change rooms the following day to the original room we booked. The cable car tickets booked by the hotel were not valid so we had to go back to the hotel to get new tickets. To be fair this issue was solved very quickly. The safe malfunctioned with our passports in so maintenence had to come and fix the problem. The hotel provided us with a free taxi to the airport as an apology for the problems we encountered. Overall experience was a bit Fawlty Towers but with better organisation it could be a really good hotel.
