**Great views, but the facilities need work!** The property is clean, modern and family-friendly, with spectacular ocean views and fireworks every night. Unfortunately, the management and facilities let the experience down. Check-in took an hour, and don't expect to get your room before 2 pm. Luggage is left in a common room, so keep your valuables with you. Our room had no TV, fridge, freezer or microwave, despite the inconvenience of a longer stay. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and our power was out for five hours. The advertised washer and dryer were also missing. The gym had no air conditioning, while both the pool and spa were out of order without prior notice. Even the supposedly free airport transfer needed double-checking. **Overall:** Beautiful property with amazing views, but too many facilities and services aren't working as expected. Double-check everything before relying on what is advertised.

The apartment which we were originally given was mouldy and smelling foul. We complained to our host and she helped us move to a different apartment which was inferior to the room which we had booked. The apartment's location was great, small stroll to sunset town. Full view of the nighlty fireworks.

Check in was slow and a bit disorganized. People at the desk don’t want to help you, ended up waiting 45 mins in the lobby for someone else to turn up and check us in. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, and we were given 3 separate hotel rooms, 2 interconnected (although you couldn’t lock the external door!) lucky our kids are older this would be a disaster if your children were younger. Then to the rooms themselves - poorly maintained, broken fixtures & fittings, mouldy and just generally unclean - dirty unwashed glasses in the cupboard and almost certain 1 of the rooms had not had the sheets changed before we checked in. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Warning — Strongly Recommend Avoiding This Property Our experience was extremely poor due to mismanagement by the company operating these units. From arrival, our reservation could not be found, causing lengthy delays. We were moved between buildings and observed multiple guests being repeatedly relocated, creating a chaotic and frustrating environment. After finally being placed in the correct two-bedroom ocean-view unit, we were assured we would not be moved. Despite this, we received a late-night message informing us we would be relocated the following day. Management was difficult to reach, and we refused requests to have our luggage moved without our presence. When reassigned, we were told our reserved unit was unavailable and were offered accommodations that did not match what we paid for, including units without an ocean view and inappropriate bedding. Repeated delays, misinformation, and unmet commitments continued throughout our stay. While the location itself is appealing and some units may be acceptable, the rental company’s operational failures significantly diminish the experience. Hotels.com customer service was helpful, but the underlying issue lies with the property manager. In the future, I recommend booking through other options where hosts are more accountable and reviews are more transparent.
