After opening up all the windows and turning the bathroom fan on it subsided but it was less than ideal. The room and bed was otherwise fine. Ok for a one night crash pad. Closer to the beach. The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. The room was huge! And the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us trip ideas/tourist attractions if wanted. The gentleman at check in was awesome by making jokes and overall a great person to meet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and along the way you have everything you could want from pharmacies, convenience stores and amazing restaurants and cafes right on the street from the hotel. One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at in Vietnam. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED IN VIETNAM! Newly built hotel rated as 3.5 star, but definitely a 4 star. The pool was great and really helped you relax after a long day exploring the island. Perfect location in the middle of the island. Outstanding customer service by the owner. Wifi was good speed. Overall a perfect experience. These are the best beds in Vietnam. So comfortable. Bliss. The pool area is lovely, the staff are wonderful and the location is great. My only complaint is that my room didn't smell good but I got used to it!
