Super private and comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms separate male/female with hairdryers. The only negative was a family checked in with a lot of kids(thought ages for the hostel stated 18-45). The kids were just being kids and very loud, especially early morning. Food in the restaurant wasn’t so good and expensive compared to street food. Also my return ticket was $7 more expensive than the way there but it seemed to be the same all over the island. I got an eye infection while there and one of the male workers was my lifesaver!!! Got me a 2 Day medicine pack that helped me so much!! Ok location and facility. Build better system for your hotels future. Manager needs to improve the whole system. The house keepers were very rude. It seems they do know what is going on in English. Because they were talking to each other in English after their bad experience with another guy. But he pretended he can not speak english when I was talking to him. Food was horrible for twice. Manager didn't show up after asking a meeting on the next day. So I just left the hotel and leave a review to fix those malfunctioning for the future traveler. Hope your hotel is going to be better later. Please check the linen when you make them. There were some black dots.
