Internet was extremely poor so they transferred me to another room (after 20 minutes of going back and forth wasting time), which was effectively a DOWNGRADE from the type of room I had ordered. No refund was proffered. The new room, which did have improved internet, unfortunately had a mosquito population, and I am not exaggerating, of at least 50\. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The pool is decent size and clean. Hotel is centrally located, close to airport and night market. The swimming pool is big enough to swim and exercise. The room has plenty of furniture with drawers. The beds have excellent mattresses. The only problem was the internet goes down from time to time. It's not a big problem. Just annoying that it happened more than twice while we were there. The hotel is convenient to Big C Shopping Center, about 1.5 km away.
