Staff are very helpful as much they can do. Its limitation is public transport and sources of information which can help a "lone" traveler as I. I had to use "local knowledge of Thailand in rural areas" to assist me getting a tricycle and a minivan to take me around. The city is very delightful and people are so lovely. Beautiful houses and temples are worth the visit.
