Parking was tight, but that may be normal for a big city. The room seemed clean. We were on second floor and had a balconly. There was a lot of trash on the roof that was just below the balcony railing. The tub looked in rough shape, the finish was rubbed off on the floor. The toilet barely flushed. ...

Loved our stay here. Valet was easy besides the fact the road is one way and it’s hard to get to. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast!

Hotel San Carlos - Downtown Convention Center
The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet! The manager Tony was happy to tell you the history of the building and even indulged our ghost hunting stories. Over all was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning!
