The gated community of Grayhawk in North Scottsdale offers a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym as well as a LIT TENNIS COURT & Basketball Court! Just a short walk from the property.

    Brand new townhome (complete 2022 renovation) with golf course view - 3 bedroom retreat sleeps 6! Enjoy the convenience of this south Grayhawk location - 3 minutes to shopping and restaurants, 5 minutes to Hwy 101 (Pima exit). Miles of walking and bicycle trails accessible out your front door. Two cruiser bikes provided for your enjoyment and adventure. Community pool and two hot tubs 200 yards away. Two master suites; the 3rd bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. EVERY bedroom plus the living room has a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, driven by high-speed Internet and offers live YouTube TV. Coded gate access for security. Private garage for one large or two small vehicles - unlimited additional street parking ~300 yards away. Minimum stay: 30 days.

We loved this place so much we bought a house in the neighborhood adjacent! The pool is fabulous. I lap swim, and it was big enough to get a great work out. Bonus is the pool is heated year round. The bikes were a bonus. Loved the firepit.
