The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. I had a fresh pot of coffee made for me when my cup came up short. The flavored creamer at the coffee station was much appreciated. The building smelled clean-i.e. of pleasant cleaning products. The linens were clean and there were no surprises on the floor.Yes, spaces smelled of whatever my have passed there last, garlic fries, pizza, tacos, cologne, but I dont see how that can be avoided, plus people can cook in their units. It was momentary. Where I was surprised was in the amenities department. All appliances and spaces you would expect in extended stay are there- laundry, kitchenettes, full sized fridge. But- this location is in the Sun Valley- my October stay saw temperatures over 100 multiple days. An ice machine is standard in every hotel I can think of. Investing in at least one would go a long way, along with some high quality water dispensers. There was a dispenser there- the water could have e been colder, cold bottled water was offered, but it would be less demanding on the staff to have a dispenser. The coffee station was great for arriving and departing, but tou have to ask for a machine for the room during your stay. It would be nice to have that stay in the room. They have all of the appliances and extras you may need for the stay but you have to request them from the desk, a printed or qr code list or request form would be helpful there. Overall a VERY good stay!

Fantastic for extended business travel. A lot of "extended stay" hotels in PHX metro area are pretty seedy. This one was a most pleasant surprise. SUPER staff (highly solicitous and really friendly), clean property and room, great workout room, comfortable bed, and conveniently located right by the I-17/101 interchange.
