My daughter and I stayed in this townhouse while she was visiting ASU and I was working in Phoenix. It was a perfect spot for us! The home was extremely quiet -- I am super picky about noise and really appreciated the calm. The only thing we ever heard from inside the townhouse were a few planes flying overhead but that stopped by 10 PM. The home was also extremely clean -- and again, I am really picky about cleanliness. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor was beautiful. Mike was really great with communication. He even left his remote control for the garage door so that we didn't have to fiddle with the codes. An easy walk to some great restaurants -- we loved the Perfect Pair just down the street and also loved El Pollo Supremo around the corner. (El Pollo Supremo was great for take out!) We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while visiting ASU (she got in!) and seeing the Sundevils beat the Trojans!! It was a short 15 minute walk to Tempe Beach Park. 10 minute walk to downtown. Garage parking was an added bonus. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. This is a great condo in tempe! Close to everything- ASU, gammage, Sun devil stadium, restaurants and shopping - are all within walking distance. The garage was very convenient to use and appreciated when coming in late from a baseball game. When we needed instruction for navigation late on the evening of arrival the owner texted a reply immediately. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable and the garage parking is a HUGE plus. The location really can't be beat. Easy walking distance to the restaurants/bars on Mill but far enough away from the noise and crowds for peaceful night sleep.
