Super Clean, has everything we needed, the MOST comfortable bed and pillows great AC, relaxing and well kept/ decorated atmosphere. This condo was perfectly located...several restaurants in walking distance, but the 115 degree heat encouraged me to drive. Same for not using the pool or grill...just too hot. Stayed 18 nights in Sep 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Frederick F. 19 Nov 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### nice townhouse in Scottsdale the general property of the complex is showing some age. the townhouse was in perfect condition, comfortable, well appointed. that this was a two story unit was relatively well hidden in the description and the pictures never revealed as well. the steps upstairs are faux granite and slippery especially if in stocking feet. instructions for everything from front door unlock to the downstairs 'TV" remote controls are poorly written and required multiple attempts to figure out how to get in the place.
