Whether you are coming to visit family, or see the sights, this condo is in a great location for visitors to the Valley of the Sun. It is nestled between two of the city\`s freeways (I-17 and 101), backs up against a large city park along a canal, is a very short drive to Arizona State University West Campus, and is walking distance to Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. The Space: Thank you for checking us out! Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests. This listing is for the entire condo with balcony as well as the community heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center and game room. The condo is 850 square feet with tasteful furnishings throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer. There is 1 bathroom and all the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries for your entire group. \*\*\*Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.\*\* \*\*STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT\*\* SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with queen-size bed and attached full bathroom One private bedrooms with full-size bed COMMON AREAS: Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, family room and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.) We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind. POOL: Community Heated pool and Hot tub \*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ\`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife). Close to grocery store and restaurants and within walking distance. Close to hospital and Thunderbird Paseo Park which made for siren noise, helicopters and unhoused individuals. Bed had a memory foam on top of mattress and was less than comfortable. Screen doors hard to open and close and didn’t close properly. Patio off bedroom unusable due to it being very dirty and used for storage. Fridge made loud noise and laundry room doors kept jamming and not closing properly. Unit needs to be updated and decluttered. For the price we paid the level of cleanliness, overall state of wear and furnishings were disappointing. . ##### Cheryl K. It is in a great quiet and comfortable neighborhood. I will definitely try to stay there again.
