Updated Condo that sits inside a small, clean and quiet gated community. Easy access to PHX via the 101 and 1 mile from the downtown Scottsdale area. this condo complex is walking distance, biking or a quick Uber away from all the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Old Town has to offer! This unit offers a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, New Smart TV's and Sonos Speakers to connect to throughout the unit. A spacious Patio overlooks the pool and hot tub area and has a BBQ with seating. If you're looking to take in all the fun activities that the valley has to offer the Phoenix Zoo is just a quick 15 minutes away, too! Don't worry if you forgot to pack some essentials because you're less than a few miles from multiple grocers! Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home. Please no parties in our condo as all our neighbors are great and we want to keep them that way. Bedroom Layout: Master: New Cal King Memory Foam Mattresses in medium firmness, very comfortable. A 32" Smart TV\*\* and Sonos Sound and Phone Charger at the nightstand. Master Bedroom is connected to a double sink Master Bath with a walk-in shower. \*\*Internet only connected to MB smart TV. Guest Access: Our guests have full access to this home during their stay.. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! The location was right where we wanted it to be. The condo complex was outstanding the pool was perfect for the warmer days and the hot tub was great for our Camelback mountain climbs. The host was great we had one small issue and it was resolved immediately. The use of the bikes was a fine touch as we are very active still. Relocating from Houston to Phoenix for work I was iffy about doing a long term stay because I knew I needed a place that offered not only focus, but peace and safety..and let me tell you this rental checked off all of my boxes. It was a nice place to escape to after a long day of moving and/or working and felt like a second home immediately. The place is exactly as pictured and you get an overwhelming sense of safety and QUALITY while in the neighborhood. Chris was super attentive and responsive whenever needed which made me feel better about the stay. I urge anyone who is in search of a long term stay to do yourself a favor and book here.
