Please message me right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool. EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before. \- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up. \-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically. \- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property. \- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails. \- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used. \-NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. Upon arrival we immediately discovered several things that needed property management attention (dishwasher didn't drain, bathroom sink didn't drain, light bulbs out, pool skimmer had a hole in it so it was useless, bunk beds were wobbly and unsafe, and pool lights didn't work). The property management company came out the next day and addressed what they could, however they couldn't fix the pool lights which was a huge safety concern for our family with 5 little kids. They couldn't contact the owners as they were out of the country, but in addition they said the owners only use this as a rental and have never lived at the house so they wouldn't know how to fix the pool lights either. Overall the house is run down and the carpets are filthy (our socks were black). To top if off, the instructions upon checkout are to leave the comforters on the bed which tells me they just reuse them and don't clean them. Some of the beds didn't have a mattress cover on them and the mattresses were stained. Gross. The neighbors have signs up that state "homes not hotels" so you certainly don't feel welcome.
