This 2 Bedroom condo is updated and recently renovated with all the modern conveniences that you would need and desire. This unit is nestled in a mid-century modern community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops and the Entertainment District! You will be close to everything you are looking for when you stay here! The unit has 2 rooms with a comfortable high-quality King-size mattress, 2 thick adjustable foam Queen beds in the second room, and a large sectional sofa in the living room with a Queen-sized pull out with 5-inch health care grade memory foam mattress. About the Space There is a 75-inch Smart TV in the living room and large Smart TVs in each bedroom. The living room also has a massage chair with an ottoman for lounging. There is a TV stand with an electric fireplace with multiple LED light settings. The modern kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and host. The kitchen is updated with Stainless Steel appliances including gas burners and a stove. The dining area has a dining table with comfortable chairs. There is an adjustable roll-out table that can be used as a work-space. The unit has been redone with dimmable lighting throughout. There is Gigablast Cox WiFi for all your working, gaming, and internet needs. There is a large stacked washer-dryer. There are smart accent table lamps with additional power outlets and USB-A ports in the living room and bedroom areas. The bathroom does have a bathtub as well and a large Smart Mirror with LED light settings, anti-fog, and blue-tooth speakers built in it. There are Alexa Echo devices that can play individual music or be linked to play connected music throughout. All the comforts you would expect! There is a laundry room on-site for larger needs, but there is a generous stacked washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a shared pool for guest use. There is open parking all along the street in the neighborhood and an assigned spot for guests on the North Side of the building. You will have access to the common areas including the large, deep pool and poolside seating and lounge chairs. There are also grassy areas in the main courtyard as well. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Cooling is turned off by the HOA during the wintertime, so we can only use the heater. If the home gets a bit too warm, we recommend using the fans and opening a window, which should quickly cool the place down. • Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Thoughtfully appointed upstairs unit apartment - comfortable kitchen with Keurig coffee, ice maker in freezer, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Dishes, glassware and cookware in good condition. Dinette with 3 chairs. A/C thermostat preprogrammed-would advise to check settings with owner before arrival since late afternoon can get warm. Each room has ceiling fans and bedrooms have additional standing fans. Pool area well maintained. Adjustable bed in one room. Comfortable linens and pillows. Complex in general was quiet with the exception of one late night party in a nearby unit. We just flipped on the fans and it drowned out the noise. Unit was a bit tricky to find initially because it’s in an area with multiple apartment complexes and the parking spot is behind the building. Suggest to check in during daylight hours. We didn’t walk the area due to a recent sprained ankle but it was located pretty close to Old Town. It was a nice unit and recommend it. ##### Marc M. It was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great! Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The living room couch was comfy and allowed us to relax and watch movies. There is a great outdoor space. We walked to Chadwick’s market for a glass of wine and Dole Whip most days. It wasn’t warm enough to swim when we were there, but we did sit in the pool chairs to enjoy the sunshine. We were walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, which we love. A ton of great shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay again. Only con is if you want sunshine, you need to sit by the pool in the morning. All afternoon the pool is shaded.
